Interim Management

Very often, recruiting companies don‘t make the difference between an Executive Interim Manager (EIM) and a Transition Manager. Even worse, they don‘t know there are a divergence and a similarity. Indeed, the EIM acts as a decision-maker on behalf of your corporation, he is part of your top management staff to play temporary that function. The Transition Manager role is to stop or break an on-going process generating and maintaining a crisis situation. His aim is to move your organization from a state to another. Therefore, the Transition Manager induces a change marked by the end of a state and starting a new one. He leaves our customer as soon as your organization is independent and can progress by it self. Thus, he is also an Interim Manager but not an Executive one.
"I have learned not to be afraid to take on any challenge. If a company wants me to take over its aerospace division whereas I have no experience in this area, I can be successful because I know plenty about managing people and running a business", Terrence, Interim CEO.
